Licence Ready helps a company move from holding documents to demonstrating why its business and workforce are ready for the work.
For security companies
Keeping track of licences, qualifications, training and staff records takes time, particularly when you manage multiple contracts or use subcontractors.
Licence Ready gives your company one place to manage the information showing that operatives are ready for work. Each operative has a digital Passport containing their licences, qualifications, experience and other relevant evidence.
You can compare that evidence with the requirements of a particular role or venue, identify gaps and take action before deployment. Where a venue uses Licence Ready, you can also demonstrate that your company and the assigned operatives meet its requirements.
You can sponsor operatives’ Verified Passports while they are assigned to your work. Operatives can alternatively pay for their own Verified Passport, or keep a free basic Passport.
Less administration, better oversight of your workforce and a straightforward way to demonstrate your standards to existing and potential clients.
Why companies use Licence Ready
Spreadsheets, folders and separate training records can show what a company has collected. They do not consistently show whether each person meets the current requirement for a particular role, client and deployment. Licence Ready connects that requirement to the company, workforce and evidence behind the decision.
Work from the venue or contract Scheme and compare it with the company and operative evidence needed for delivery.
Bring identity, ownership, insurance, governance, capabilities and workforce processes into a structured Company Passport.
Review identity, licences, qualifications, experience and competence through consented Operative Passports, then keep sight of changes rather than relying on a check completed months earlier.
Fund Scheme participation for the people working on your contract without taking ownership of their Passport or committing to support them indefinitely.
See partner companies and the operatives they supply, while giving authorised clients appropriate visibility of the complete delivery chain.
Retain the requirement, the supplying organisations, assigned operatives, verification status and evidence position in the Deployment Record.
The company process
The same structure works whether you deliver directly, use subcontractors or act as a partner inside a larger supplier chain.
Create the structured company record used to hold relevant organisational evidence, capabilities, workforce controls and Scheme status.
Company verification is a separate evidence and assessment process. Opening an account or paying a fee does not make the company verified.
Bring direct employees, subcontracted operatives and partner-company personnel into the relevant workforce view. Review their five-year work history, qualifications and SKEB evidence without taking ownership of their personal records.
Use the client Scheme, contract and role requirements to define what the company and each operative must evidence. Readiness is judged against the actual work, not a generic list of training.
Connect licences, qualifications, experience and competence to the role. Identify what is present, approaching expiry, missing or unsupported before treating someone as ready.
Support Scheme participation and relevant assurance services while those people are connected to your work. Their underlying Passport remains portable and person-owned.
Show every company and operative contributing to the deployment, including subcontract layers, and retain the evidence behind the deployment decision.
Review changes in evidence, expiry, personnel and assignment requirements so an earlier decision does not silently become out of date.
The Company Passport
The Company Passport brings the core evidence behind the business into one assurance record and matches it to the venue, contract or Scheme requirement.
Bring core company identity, ownership, insurance, governance, capabilities and workforce controls into one structured assurance record.
Make current, expiring, incomplete and unsupported company evidence visible so an old supplier file is not mistaken for an up-to-date position.
Compare the Company Passport with the requirements of a venue, contract or Scheme and show whether the organisation-level conditions for deployment have been satisfied.
Allow authorised venues and lead contractors to understand who the company is, what has been checked and where further evidence or action is still required.
SKEB
Licence Ready organises evidence around skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours. Together, these provide a clearer picture of whether an operative has evidence relevant to the role they are being considered for.
Practical capability supported by relevant training, observation, assessment, work evidence or an appropriate attestation.
Role knowledge, procedures, responsibilities and learning that are relevant to the work and environment.
A structured five-year work and assignment history helps show the roles, settings, responsibilities and continuity behind the profile.
Relevant professional behaviours can be supported through assessments, observations and attestations from suitable people or organisations.
How evidence gains assurance
Licence Ready preserves the source and status of information so the viewer can distinguish what the operative has declared from what is supported, attested or verified.
The Passport identifies what is being claimed, who it relates to and whether it concerns identity, a licence, qualification, experience, competence or work history.
A document, awarding or issuing record, employer confirmation, assessor observation or other appropriate source is attached or referenced. An upload alone is not automatically treated as verified.
Where available, information can be checked against an authoritative source. Other evidence may be reviewed or attested by an identified person or organisation with a relevant relationship to it.
Declared, evidenced, attested and verified remain distinct so users can see how the status was reached, rather than relying on a simple completed-profile badge.
Verified evidence still has to be relevant, current and sufficient for the venue, company, role and deployment requirement.
Passport funding
You can sponsor an operative while they are working within your Scheme, contract or assignment, rather than taking responsibility for their paid services indefinitely.
The operative owns one portable Passport and controls the evidence they share.
The operative can pay for their own paid Passport services and keep them active independently of any assignment.
A company can sponsor Scheme participation and associated assurance services while the operative is assigned to its work.
Sponsorship does not create verified status. The evidence must still satisfy the relevant requirements.
When sponsorship ends, the operative keeps the Passport and its history, and can self-fund the paid services or be sponsored by another company.
Access to the company platform and its workforce, project and evidence-management functions.
The structured record holding the organisation’s relevant identity, assurance, capability and workforce evidence.
A status reached only when the required evidence and assessment conditions are satisfied. It is not created by payment.

Workforce and projects
Review relevant Passports, verification status, approaching expiries and missing evidence across direct and subcontracted delivery. The view is organised around role and assignment readiness, rather than treating every credential as equally relevant to every job.
Cara AI for companies
Cara AI can consider the evidence held in connected Passports alongside the role requirement, verification position and relevant expiry information. It can highlight readiness gaps and support more targeted learning, development and workforce planning.
It provides intelligence for people making decisions. It does not replace proper supervision, assessment or professional judgement.
